Kidding season starts here in January and runs through April. During that time we have many kids at many different ages, from new borns to 3 month olds. Our nursery area is heated, but a jacket is still required in winter months. We will ask you to use hand sanitizer and shoe disinfectant before going in to play with the babies for biosecurity reasons.
Pricing: *Cost is $10 per person, ages 5 and up. Children under 5 are not recommended. *All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. *Pay when you arrive. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. You will be required to sign a liability waiver. *Limited to 5 persons per session due to space and safety.

Where Do I go When I Arrive? Please arrive 10 minutes early. Do not use the address to find our farm. Please use the directions from this website as GPS does not bring you to the farm and your car can get damaged. Park your car by the Old, big red barn when you arrive. We will be out to greet you.
COVID -19 Requirements 1. Only people residing in the same house may come together for cuddling sessions, unless everyone in the party has proof of completed vaccinations. 2. Masks are required to worn at all times when in doors. 3. Hand sanitizer will be provided to be used BEFORE you get to cuddle goats. 4. Anyone with a fever, cough or other COVID-19 symptoms are asked not to come. If you are coughing a lot you will be asked to leave.
What You Should Wear: 1. Wear clothes that can get dirty. You are at a farm. No shorts. 2. Wear closed toe shoes. If it is raining wear mud boots as we often have a good crop of mud growing in certain areas. NO FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS will be allowed. Goats have hooves which can injure your feet. 3. Hair ties, hat or hoodie. Baby goats love to eat hair and turn long hair into dreads. It is highly recommended that you tie up long hair or cover with hat or hoodie. 4. No dangling jewelry. Baby goats will chew and pull on anything, including earlobes. 5. As few strings or tassels as possible. Baby goats will chew on anything.
Other 1. Don't forget a camera/cell phone. If you share them please use hashtag #carvanjofarm so we will see them. 2. No food, pets, or other animals are allowed on the farm property. If you have a service dog, please call 570-401-6566 3. We are not handicapped accessible at this time. However if you have special needs, please call 570-401-6566 and we will make every attempt to accommodate you so that you can cuddle a baby goat. 4. If you are taking blood thinners please keep in mind that baby goats, with hooves will be jumping on you. The larger kids can weigh up to 15 lbs. 5. We are a NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
